About My Research:

My research is in clinical computational oncology using statistics and data science to answer biological questions related to cancer. My research focuses on metastatic organotropism, or trying to better understand why cancer spreads to certain parts of the body.

Other research includes predictive modeling of immunotherapy response using tumor genomics, understanding the tumor-immune microenvironment through transcriptional analyses, evaluating treatment outcomes of patients with melanoma, among other topics. See selected publication here or my Google Scholar for more details.
